摘要
研究性教学模式是近年来大学教学方法改革的重点,系统设计研究性教学模式是当前面临的重要课题。文章在分析研究性教学特点和应用型创新人才的知识、能力和素质结构的基础上,系统设计了研究性理论教学方法、研究性实践教学方法、课外学研方法等应用型创新人才培养的研究性教学模式,同时也探讨了与实施研究性教学相配套的课程考核方式、教学平台建设、激励与保障机制。
Research-oriented teaching and learning mode is a focus of teaching method reform. Systematical design of this mode is a key research topic. Some research-oriented teaching and learning modes, including investigative theoretical and practice teaching modes as well as extracurricular learning-research mode, are systematically designed for cultivation of application-oriented innovative talents according to the characteristics of research-oriented teaching and learning methods and the structure of knowledge, capability and quality. Furthermore, course assessment methods, teaching platform building strategy, and incentive and guarantee mechanism are also discussed.
