中国一流大学本科教学改革进程与思考——以北京大学为中心考察 被引量:20

摘要 文章对1998年来北京大学的本科教学改革予以回顾,将改革总结为影响深远的三大改革和七项教学和管理制度小改革,其中影响深远的三项改革为通选课设置、元培计划的实施与按大类招生和培养、本科生科学研究。以上改革形成了目前北京大学本科教育的形态,与世界一流本科教育更加接近,同时意味着未来改革更加艰难、精深和细微。针对未来改革的方向文章提出七个相关问题,包括是否通过"大学章程"将我们对教育规律的认识法制化和规范化等。北京大学本科教学改革的方向在于把握教育规律本身以建设一流大学,相关分析对各类高校教育改革方向有参考作用。 The paper gives a summary review of Peking University's undergraduate-teaching re- form since 1998 and concludes that there are three major reforms that are the offering of gener- al knowledge courses for all students, implementation of Yuanpei Plan and research on the un- dergraduate-training on the basis of discipline-based enrolment as well as seven minor reforms. These reforms have improve the undergraduate programs in this university and made itself closer to the first-class universities in the world. At the same time, further reform will become more difficult. The paper brings up seven problems related to its future reform, including the educa- tional legislation according to "University Regulations".
