GE FANUC PAC输入模拟器在教学应用中的改造

摘要 在基于GE FANUC PAC Systems RX3i设计教学型自动化生产线控制系统的过程中,由于PAC Systems RX3i输入模拟器模块IC694ACC300无法连接外部输入信号,因此从节约成本、避免增加设备投资的角度出发,对该输入模拟器模块进行了电路分析与改造,自行开发了具有电气安全隔离性能的接口电路板,在不影响该输入模拟器原有功能的同时实现了外部传感器0~24 V直流电压信号和按键开关量信号向PAC Systems的高速传输。实践证明,取得了令人满意的控制性能和教学效果。 During the design of the teaching-type automatic production line control system based on GE FANUC PAC Systems RX3i, one problem was encountered that the input simulator module was not able to receive external signals. In view of cost saving and avoiding purchase of additional device, the schematic principle was analyzed and the module was improved by adding a house- made interface circuit board which had electrical isolation characteristics. As a result, the high speed signals transmission to PAC Sys- tems is realized, including 0 - 24 V DC voltage signals transmission from external sensors and on/off signals transmission from key buttons. Meanwhile, the original function of the input simulator remains unchanged. Practice has proved that satisfying control perform- ance and teaching effectiveness are achieved.
