摘要
研究了淬火处理(900℃~1010℃)对AMS6308钢(wt.%:0.1C、1.0Cr、1.97Ni、3.25Mo、2.0Cu、0.08V、0.83Si、Fe余量。)微观组织和力学性能的影响,结果表明,试验钢在915℃×0.5h油冷+(-80℃)×1h+205℃×2h回火后得到最佳的力学性能(Rm=1135MP,Rp0.2=880MP,A=16%,Z=63%,AKV2>125J,HRC=35)。
The effects of Quenching treatment at900℃-1010℃,cool treating at -80 ℃ and tempering at 205 ℃ on microstructure of steel AMS 6308 (wt.% 0.1 C, Cr 1.0, 1.97 Ni, 3.25 Mo, 2.0 Cu, 0.08 V, 0.83 Si, 0.001 P, 0.004 S, Fe, Balance ) and mechanical properties of steel has been studied. Results show that with oil quenched at 915 ℃ for 0.5 h + cool treated at -80 ℃ for lh + tempered at 205 ℃ for 2 h, steel AMS 6308 has excellent integrated mechanical properties(Rm - 1 135 MPa, Rp0.2 = 880 MPa, A = 16%, Z = 63%, AKv2 〉 125 J, HRC = 35).
