摘要
研究了pH值、温度、电流密度以及主盐的质量浓度对低温镀铁层显微硬度的影响。结果表明:电流密度为14A/dm2时镀层的显微硬度最高,电流密度为16A/dm2时镀层有针孔出现;随着pH值的增大,温度的升高或者镀液中主盐的质量浓度的增加,镀层的显微硬度降低。
The effects of pH, temperature, current density and main salt mass concentration on the microhardness of low temperature iron coating were investigated. The results show that the microhardness of the coating is the highest when current density is 14 A/dm2 ; there are pinholes appearing in the coating at 16 A/din2 ; and with the increasing of pH or temperature or main salt mass concentration, the microhardness of the coating will decrease.
