摘要
采用氟离子选择电极法测定鲜奶中氟含量的变化,判断鲜奶是否掺假,进而探讨快速检验鲜牛奶掺假的一种新型方法。具体做法是按一定比例在纯鲜奶中分别兑入掺假物:奶牛场水、纯净水、食盐及淀粉,配成掺假奶。用氟离子选择电极法分别测量样品奶的电位值,观察掺假奶样品与纯鲜奶之间电位值差的变化,用以判断鲜奶是否掺假。
A novel and easy way, selective fluoride-electrode, was introduced in this paper to milk adulteration. Raw milk was proportionally adulterated with dairy effluent, purified water, salt and starch, thus the adulterated milk was grouped into Group 1 , Group 2, Group 3 and Group 4. By using selective fluoride-electrode method, the potential value of the sample milk was measured to observe the variation of its difference between the adulterated milk and the raw milk.
