摘要 目的探讨在医护合作单元模式下病区健康教育方式对住院脑梗死患者健康教育的效果影响。方法比较常规工作模式下脑梗死患者(对照组)和医护合作单元模式下脑梗死患者(观察组)健康教育的工作效率和工作质量。评价指标为健康教育评分及出院后患者依从性。结果在医护合作单元模式下的健康教育工作效率评分从(1.87±0.28)分下降到(1.72±0.30)分,患者健康教育首次评分由(2.16±0.46)分上升到(2.27±0.38)分,出院前评分由(92.67±5.24)分上升到(94.01±4.22)分,2组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者出院后3个月依从性较对照组好(P<0.05)。结论在医护合作单元模式下开展健康教育能有效提高脑梗死患者健康教育工作的效率和质量。 Objective To explore the influence of doctor-nurse collaboration model on health education of inpatients with cerebral infarction. Methods From Jul to Dee of 2009, 235 inpatients with cerebral infarction as control group received health education with routine model; while from Jul to Dec of 2010, 193 inpatients with cerebral infarction as experimental group got health education with doctor-nurse collaboration model. The health education effect was evaluated between the two groups in terms of health education score and the compliance after discharge. Results In experimental group, the efficiency score declined from (1.87±0.28) to (1.72±0.30) (P〈0.05), the first score of health education increased from (2.16±0.46) to (2.27±0.38) (P〈0.05) and health education score before discharge rose from (92.67±5.24) to (94.01±4.22) (P〈0.05). The compliance after discharge (drug taking, exercise remedy, scientific diet, regular habits and smoking and drinking) indicated statistic significance (P〈0.05). Conclusion Doctor-nurse collaboration model is effective for the improvement of efficiency and quality of health education for inpatients with cerebral infarction.
