机械加工车间数字化制造描述模型及总体框架 被引量:10

Descriptive model and general framework of machining workshop digital manufacturing

摘要 针对多品种小批量机加车间生产制造过程的特点及需求,建立了一种多品种小批量机加车间数字化制造的描述模型,包括一个基本内涵、7维目标体系、5条运行主线和8个特征,并基于该模型构建了一种5层次多品种小批量机加车间数字化制造总体框架,从而为多品种小批量制造企业机加车间数字化制造系统的研究、开发、实施和应用提供借鉴。该描述模型及总体框架在一典型多品种小批量制造企业进行了实际应用,取得了良好的应用效果。 Aiming at the characteristics and machining workshop, a descriptive model manufacturing is proposed and discussed needs of manufacturing process of multi-varie of multi-variety and small-batch machining and small-batch workshop digital , which includes one basic meaning, seven-dimensions target system,five operating mainlines and eight characteristics. Then a five-level general framework of multivariety and small-batch machining workshop digital manufacturing is established based on the model. It provides a reference for the research, development, implementation and application of the digital manufacturing system for multi-variety and small-batch machining workshop. The above model and framework have been applied practically in a typical multi-variety and small-batch manufacturing enterprise and good effects have been obtained.
