摘要
理工科大学的科学教育和人文教育不可割裂,人文教育对人才培养具有潜移默化的作用,实验教学在一定程度上决定了一所大学的建设和发展水平,实验教学融合人文教育是高素质、高质量人才培养的必经之途。提出实验教学"冰山学说",重点阐述实验教学融合人文教育的主要策略和几点措施,实验教学"冰山学说"为教育工作者提供一个新的思辨角度和认知方式,实验教学融合人文教育有望成为破解现阶段实验教学质量差和人才培养水平低这一教育教学改革难题的有效途径之一。
Science and engineering education should not separate from liberal arts education in science and engineering universities because liberal arts education exerts a subtle effect on talents. Experimental teaching, to a certain extent, determines the development of a university, thus it is necessary to combine experimental teaching with liberal arts education in order to cultivate versatile talents. This paper innovatively proposed the "iceberg theory" of experimental teaching, and emphatically expounds on the main strategies and measures for the combination of liberal arts education with experimental teaching. The "iceberg theory" of experimental teaching provides a novel speculative perspective and cognitive mode for higher education teachers, and the novel teaching method is expected to be one of the most effective measures to solve the difficult problems in education reform, such as the poor teaching quality of the present experiment and the inefficiency of talents cultivation.
