摘要
目的:研究修正性鼻内镜手术治疗复发性鼻窦炎的方法及临床疗效。方法:比较案例分析法。选取我院收治的复发性鼻窦炎患者112例,根据治疗方法分为修正性手术组和药物冲洗(保守治疗)组各56例,比较组别间疗效和不良反应情况。结果:修正性手术组的痊愈率(73.2%)和总有效率(94.6)显著高于药物冲洗组(p<0.05),无效率(5.4%)显著低于药物冲洗组(p<0.05)。结论:科学的术前准备、正确的手术方法、全面的术后护理,能够有效提高修正性鼻内镜手术治疗复发性鼻窦炎的有效率和安全性。
objective： to study the fixed sexual endoscopic sinus surgery recurrent sinusitis method and clinical curative effect. Methods： to compare the case analysis. Select the families of our hospital were 1 12 patients with recurrent sinusitis, according to the treatment methods are classified into fixed during sex and drugs flushing （conservative treatment） group of each 56 patients, compare efficacy and adverse reaction between groups. Results： fixed rates of healing during sex （73.2%） and the total effective rate （94.6） was significantly higher than drug flush group （p 〈 0.05）, no efficiency （5.4%） significantly lower than drug flush group （p 〈 0.05）, two groups are no serious adverse reactions. Conclusion： the scientific preoperative preparation, the right operation method, the comprehensive postoperative nursing can effectively improve the fixed sexual endoscopic sinus surgery recurrent sinusitis efficient and safety.
