摘要
目的观察鼻内窥镜下泪囊鼻腔造孔术治疗慢性泪囊炎的疗效。方法将确诊的慢性泪囊炎患者23例(23眼)采取鼻内窥镜下泪囊鼻腔造孔术的手术方法治疗。结果本组患者23例(23眼),术后6个月随访,治愈20例(86.9%),好转1例(4.3%),无效2例(8.7%)。结论经鼻内窥镜下泪囊鼻腔造孔术治疗慢性泪囊炎是一种有效的新方法,而且手术创伤小,患者痛苦小,不影响患者美容,可同时处理鼻腔疾病。
Objective To observe the effect of nasal endoscopic dacryocystorhinostomy in the treatment of chronic dacryocystitis. Methods 23 chronic dacryocystitis patients were treated by endoscopic dacryocystorhinostomy operation method. Results After 6 months of follow-up, 20 cases （86.9%）were cured, improved in 1 case （4.3%）, invalid in 2 cases （8.7%）. Conclusion Endoscopic dacryocystorhinostomy in treating chronic dacryocystitis is an effective new method and operation, has less trauma, less pain, less effects on patients with beauty, can also handle nasal disease.
