摘要
目的 :研究半夏刺激性的量化指标。方法 :采用比色法、紫外分光光度法、荧光分光光度法等。结果 :实验研究表明 ,半夏粉末混悬液腹腔注射可使小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性增加 ;腹腔渗出液增加 ;渗出液中炎症介质PGE2 含量增加 ;组胺含量下降 ,这种作用与 0 .1%醋酸腹腔注射结果相似 ,可被扑尔敏阻断。结论 :半夏的刺激性类似于炎症反应 ,可采用炎症指标进行检测。
Objective:To study the quantification indexes of stimulation of raw Rhizoma Pinelia.Methods:Using the visible spectrophotometry, ultroviolet spectrophotometry, fluoresscent spectrophotometry and so on. Results:The research results showed that the suspention of raw khizoma Pinellia powder would result in the increases of capillary permeability, abdominal exudate and PGE 2 level of inflammatory material in exudate, and decrease of histamine level when it was injected into abdominal carity of mice, which was similar to the results of i.p 0.1% acetic acid solution and would be blocked by chlorpoheniramine.Conclusions: The stimulation of raw Rhizoma Pinellia was resemble with the inflammatory reactions of body and can be detected by the quantification indexes above mentioned.
