摘要
目的:探讨补肾健骨荣筋法在治疗退行性关节病中的临床应用效果,并总结工作经验,为今后临床工作提供参考依据。方法:选取2006年9月至2012年2月间于我院门诊及住院部诊断为退行性关节病患者2 004例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各1 002例,给予对照组患者单纯西药治疗,在对照组患者基础上给予观察组患者补肾健骨荣筋法治疗,分析所有患者临床资料,从其年龄、性别、病情、文化程度、治疗方法、治疗效果、病变关节功能恢复、患者满意度等方面收集数据,并采用统计学软件进行数据处理、对比、分析。结果:观察组996例患者共痊愈620例,显效267例,有效84例,无效25例,治疗显效率为89.06%,对照组995例患者共痊愈426例,显效271例,有效164例,无效134例,治疗有效率70.05%,两组患者治疗显效率间差异比较明显,在统计学上有意义(P<0.05);观察组患者病变关节功能恢复程度(94%)、患者满意度(96%)均明显高于对照组相应指标(73%)、(88%),以上组间差异在统计学上均有意义(P<0.05)。结论:补肾健骨荣筋法治疗退行性关节病的效果佳,值得在临床实践中推广应用。
Objective：To study the clinical application of Bushen Jiangu Rongjin method in treatment of degenerative joint disease in,and to sum up the experience of clinical work,for future reference.Methods：Select the outpatients and inpatients in our hospital department for diagnosis of degenerative joint diseases in 2 004 cases,divided into two groups randomly,1 002 cases in the control group,1 002 cases in observation group were given to the control group,patients with simple western medicine treatment,the patients in the control group was given based on the patients in the observation group treated by Bushen Jiangu Rongjin,all patients with clinical data analysis,and using the statistical software for data processing,analysis,contrast,From 2006 September to 2012 February.Results：The observation group 996 cases,620 cases were cured,267 cases,effective in 84 cases,ineffective in 25 cases,the treatment effective rate was89.06%,and 995 cases in control group a total of426 cases were cured,271 cases,effective in 164 cases,134 cases are invalid,the effective rate of treatment group70.05%,two patients showing results rate difference comparison obviously,in a statistically significant（P〈0.05）;the recovery of joint function of the patients in the observation group lesions（94%）,the degree of satisfaction of patients（96%） were significantly higher than those in control group corresponding index（73%）,（88%）,the above differences between the groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Bushen Jiangu Rongjin method in treatment of degenerative joint disease of the effect of good,worthy of promotion and application in clinical practice.
