摘要
我国公务员考试录用制度已经实施20年,为国家选拔大批优秀人才,在人力资源和社会保障工作中有极其重要的地位和作用,但由于我国公务员考试录用制度起步较晚、可借鉴的经验不足以及行政管理环境的不断变化,导致该制度在实际运行过程中还存在一些不足之处。本文在对我国公务员考试录用制度存在问题深入分析的基础上,提出该制度进一步完善和发展的对策,以期对我国公务员考试录用工作有所帮助。
National civil-servant recruitment examination system have been carried out for 20 years and selected many talents for China, who play very important role in human resources and social security. However this system was initially late and there were no many experiences can be drawn from as well as the on-changing administrative environment, which lead to some adequacy in carrying out this system. This text based on the analysis of the problems of this system and came up with further improving strategy of this system so as to contribute to the development of national civil-servant recruitment examination system.
