摘要
本文利用16个制造业行业的10年面板数据,通过构建Panel Data模型实证分析了环境规制对制造业行业内结构升级的影响,结果证明环境规制与制造业行业内结构升级之间存在长期稳定的协整关系,并得到结论:滞后一期的环境规制约束了制造业的行业内结构升级,即滞后一期的环境规制每提高1个百分点会约束制造业行业内结构0.091309个百分点的升级。
With environment regulation being increasingly stringent, it effectively alleviates the environment problems, but at the same time impacts economy. Now, we are facing the critical period of the upgrading of manufacturing, which is the focus of manufacturing＇s transformation and upgrading in the 12th Five--Year Plan. Then, does environment regulation have a significant impact on upgrading of manufacturing＇ industrial structure？ We use 16 manufacturing industries＇ panel data in 10 years to study the relationship between them. The empirical results demonstrate they have a long-term stable cointegration relationship. Further, environment regulation with lag 1 issue hampers the upgrading of manufacturing＇ industrial structure.
