摘要
阿塞拜疆Hovsan油田地层分散、造浆严重,钻井液流变性难以控制;钻屑中黏土矿物的黏连、聚结能力强,泥包现象严重;深部井段扭矩大、易发生压差卡钻。现场选用了KCl聚合物混油钻井液,使KPAM和KCl的加量分别达到0.8%~1%和8%~10%,并保证全井段原油含量为4%~6%,基本解决了上述突出问题,所钻井发生复杂事故的几率大大降低,钻井周期大幅度缩短。探讨了某一密度下KCl聚合物钻井液的实际膨润土最高容量限与理论值的差别,为钻遇造浆严重地层时的钻井液处理提供了一种思路。
In Hovsan oilfield,some down hole problems are encountered,such as highly dispersive formations that make the rheology of drilling fluid hard to control,strongly aggregative clay stone in cuttings that leads to serious bit balling,and high torque in deep section that makes pipe-stuck.The KCl polymer crude oil mixed drilling fluid system is applied,and the each content of KPAM and KCl is 0.8%-1% and 8%-10%,the crude oil is added by 4%-6%.Meanwhile,the difference between the real maximum bentonite content limit and the theoretical value for KCl polymer drilling fluid system at given density is discussed,providing another solution while drilling highly dispersive and mud-making formations.
