全棉籽对牛奶品质及奶牛生殖系统、泌尿系统的影响

摘要 全棉籽作为蛋白质、脂肪含量较高的油料籽实,由于本身的结构特点,其脂肪和蛋白质具有较高的过瘤胃效果,是我国反刍动物重要的饲用植物蛋白源。但由于其含有较高的棉酚,合理利用十分必要,尤其用于奶牛日粮,棉酚不仅对乳品质有影响,而且对奶牛的生殖系统和泌尿系统也有影响。文章综述了全棉籽的营养特性、组成、结构、抗营养作用机理和对奶牛的乳品质及奶牛生殖系统、泌尿系统的影响。 Whole cottonseed was a kind of oilseeds, which had higher contents of energy, protein than many other feedstuffs and had good rumen bypass effect because of its structural characteristics. Therefore, it can supply good plant protein for ruminants. Considered its high concentration of gossypol, it's necessary to use it reasonably for feedstuff, especially for the dairy cow. Gossypol not only negatively affect milk quality but also reproductive and urinary systems of dairy cow. This paper reviewd the nutritional character, composition, structure, anti-nutrition mechanism of the cottonseed and its effect on milk quality and reproductive system, urinary system of dairy cows.
