摘要
L-赖氨酸硫酸盐产品目前还没有统一的行业标准和国家标准,选择一个合适的检测方法测定赖氨酸的含量是非常必要的。通过对氨基酸分析仪法和茚三酮比色法进行赖氨酸含量的测定,并对两种检测方法进行比较和分析,为最终建立L-赖氨酸硫酸盐产品行业标准和国家标准提供数据参考。
At present, L-lysine sulfate product has no uniform industry standards and national standards. It is very necessary to choose a suitable detection method for determination of L-lysine. The automatic a- mino acid analyzer method and the ninhydrin calorimetric method were used for determination of lysine in this article. Two detection methods were compared and analyzed to provide reference data for the eventual establishment of L-lysine sulfate product industry and national standard.
