摘要
近几年来,随着高等教育规模的不断扩大,大学毕业生的人数也随之逐年增加,就业压力急剧增大。大学生就业指导和服务是提高毕业生就业率和就业质量的重要途径,所以如何抓好高校毕业生就业指导和服务工作已成为高校教育中一个迫切的问题。
Recently, with the expansion of higher education scale, the number of graduates is dramatically increasing and they face much more employment pressure. In this situation, employment guidance and service become the important means to enhance employment rate and quality. How to deal with them has become an urgent problem in colleges.
