考虑参数化特征值灵敏度的含风电电力系统VSM计算

摘要 风电场接入对电力系统的电压稳定裕度(Voltage Stability Margin,VSM)有一定的影响。通常使用的VSM计算方法是连续潮流法,但是该方法有一定的乐观性,即系统达到电压稳定极限点之前往往已出现振荡或不稳定,因而提出了一种考虑参数化特征值灵敏度的方法计算VSM。该方法在延拓潮流空间中,将负荷参数作为系统状态矩阵的自变量,在各个负荷水平下计算系统特征值及特征值对负荷参数的灵敏度,通过参数化的特征值灵敏度找到特征值随负荷水平的变化规律,以此考察系统在电压崩溃点之前是否出现振荡或不稳定的情况,从而修正系统VSM。对改进的IEEE-14节点算例进行仿真计算,显示考虑参数化特征值灵敏度的电压稳定裕度计算方法能得到较准确的VSM,该算法对系统安全稳定分析计算及系统规划设计有一定参考。 Wind farms insert to power system will make some influences on system's voltage stability margin (VSM) . Usually we use Continuous Power Flow method to calculate VSM, but this method is always optimistic. It means that the power system becomes unstable or oscillation before reaching the nose point. So we propose a new method which considers eigenvalue of parametric sensitivity to calculate VSM. This method takes the load parame- ters as the system state matrix in the Continuous Power Flow space. Then we will calculate system's eigenvalues and their parametric sensitivities in different load level. B)/using this' method we will find whether the power system is unstable or oscillation according to the change rule of eigenvalues. At last we can fix the system VSM. This article will test and verify the algorithm by an improved IEEE 14 - bus system. The result shows it will get a more accurate VSM according to the proposed method. The algorithm will provide some reference to system security and stability analysis and power system designing.
