摘要
建筑结构胶性能检测用标准很多,但其测试方法基本相同,只是性能指标的要求不同。大量试验及实际应用结果表明:测试方法中某些因素(如试片厚度、试片表面处理和耐湿热老化试件等)对同一建筑结构胶的测试结果影响较大;现场检测方法中的某些因素(如现场制样、抽样时试件或锚固件的养护时间、温度、表面处理和施工工艺等)也与实际操作环境相差很大,从而影响到建筑结构胶测试结果的准确性;对粘钢胶、碳纤维面胶和聚合物砂浆而言,无论实验室条件下是否已检测过正拉粘接强度,三者的现场拉拔试验仍非常重要。
A lot of standards could all test properties of construction structure adhesive,but they had basically same testing methods and different properties indexes. The experiments and practical applications results showed that the influences of some factors(such as specimen thickness,specimen surface treatment,and specimen for testing wet-heat aging-resistance) in testing methods on testing results for same construction structure adhesive were biggish. Some factors in scene-testing methods(such as scene-made specimen ,sampling specimen or anchoring specimen in curing time ,temperature ,surface treatment and construction process) and the actual operating environment were also very different,which influences on testing results accuracy for construction structure adhesive were biggish. On adhesives for bonding steel,adhesives for carbon fiber surface,and polymer mortar,three scene pull-out experiments (namely positive tensile-bonding strength),whether or not tested under laboratory conditions, were still very important.
