摘要
从河北省花生区域布局与种植情况,花生压榨业,花生食品加工业和河北省花生销售情况方面介绍了河北省花生产业的发展现状。从政府重视不够、缺乏政策资金支持,品种单一、产量不高,缺乏科研技术支持,没有形成完整的产业链,质量监督体系不完善,深加工技术较滞后和花生出口企业规模小、出口经营秩序混乱方面分析了花生产业发展中遇到的问题。从税收、科研支持、保险、资金等方面提出了政府支持花生产业发展的对策建议。
From peanut regional layout and planting, peanut oil industry, peanut food processing and sales, the author introduced development of peanut industry in Hebei. The problems were analyzed in the development of peanut industry duing to the lack of attention and policy support from the government, single variety and low yield. At the same time, it had not formed a complete industrial chain and a perfect quality supervision system, while deep processing technique lags and peanut export enterprises were small in scale and confused the export order. The tax, scientific research support, insurance, funds and other aspects of the government were put forward to support the development of peanut industry countermeasures.
