摘要
目的研究金莲花的水溶性化学成分。方法溶剂提取后用柱色谱分离纯化,根据化合物的理化性质和光谱数据鉴定其结构。结果分离并鉴定了5个化合物,分别为色氨酸、对羟基苯甲苹果酸、荭草素-2″-O-β-L-半乳糖苷、荭草素、牡荆素。结论色氨酸和对羟基苯甲苹果酸首次从该属植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the water soluble chemical constituents of the flowers of Trollius chinensi. Methods After the solvent extraction, the chromatographic technique was employed for the isolation and the purification of the constituents and their structures were identified according to the physicochemical properties and the spectroscopic data. Results Five compounds were obtained and iden tified as tryptophan, 2 - (4 - hydroxybenzyl) malic acid, orientin - 2" - O - β - L - galactosidase, orientin and vitexin. Conclusion Trypto- phan and 2- (4-hydroxybenzyl) malic acid are firstly obtained from the genus Trollius.
