摘要
目的建立测定五明丹胶囊中丹参酮ⅡA含量的高效液相色谱法。方法采用Eclipse XDB-C18色谱柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),甲醇-水(75∶25)为流动相,流速为1.0 mL/min,检测波长为270 nm。结果丹参酮ⅡA进样量在17.2~154.8μg范围内与峰面积线性关系良好(r=0.999 8),平均回收率为98.74%,RSD=1.22%(n=9)。结论该方法操作简便,专属性强,结果准确,可用于五明丹胶囊的质量控制。
Objective To establish an HPLC method to determining the Tanshinone ⅡA content in Wumingdan Capsules. Methods The chromatographic system consisted of Eclipse XDB C18 column, using methanol water(75:25) as the mobile phase. The detection wave length was 270 nm and the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. Results The sample size of tanshinone ⅡA in the range of 17.2 154.8 μg had a good linear relation with the peak area( r =0. 999 8). The average recovery rate was 98.74%, RSD = 1.22% (n =9). Conclusion The established method is simple, highly sensitive and accuracy, which can be used for the quality control of Wumingdan Capsules.
