摘要
根据目前发动机的诊断方法与发展状况,结合虚拟仪器的优点,介绍利用LabVIEW2010建立一种新的汽车发动机振动信号采集系统。通过对该采集系统的硬件选择、连接以及上位机程序的详细介绍,说明了使用LabVIEW2010建立数据采集系统的重要性和必要性。实验证明:该系统不仅可以实时地采集发动机振动时的信号,同时在采集的过程中可以对信号及其功率谱进行观测,并可将采集的信号进行存储,以便后续分析。
According to the diagnostic methods and the development of the engine, the authors analyzed the way to establish the data acquisition system with LabVIEW2010 and the advantages of virtual instruments. By clearly introducing the PC program, hardware and their connectivity, the necessity of establishing the data acquisition system was explained. The functions of the system, getting data of engineer vibration in real-time, observing the waveform of the signal and its power spectrum then store data to analyze, have been proved by experiments.
