摘要
针对水泵的流量设计偏大,分析了水泵供水运行现状,通过利用叶轮车削原理对叶轮进行改进设计,改变了叶轮直径,并对改造后的水泵进行效益分析,避免了设备"大马拉小车",为节能技改,提供了一种值得借鉴的方法。
According to the flow of the water pump design slants big, analysis of the water pump operating condition, through the use of the turning principle of the impeller to improve the design, changing the diameter of impeller, and the reconstruction of the pump are benefit analysis, the equipment to avoid "big ear Mara", for energy-saving technological transformation, provides a reference method.
