裂殖壶菌粉碱热法破壁提取其胞内油脂 被引量:5

摘要 裂殖壶菌是一种能积累DHA海洋真菌,细胞壁结构紧密,坚韧,对其破壁是油脂提取工业化生产的重要工序。本实验探讨了不同破壁温度、碱浓度、破壁时间等因素对其菌粉碱法破壁提取油脂、DHA得率等指标的影响,确定碱热法破壁提取DHA的最佳条件为:温度80℃,复合碱用量为1.0%,破壁时间2.4 h,在该最佳条件下进行重复实验,可得到DHA粗油得率为90.65%。经优化后的破壁工艺经济高效,具有相应的经济应用价值。 Schizochytrium was maine fungus of high DHA and cell construction close together. Cell disruption was important proessing of oils extraction industrial. Inquiring into diffrent break -cell temperature, alkaline concentration, time factors affected indexs of oils rate, DHA rate, etc. effet of different factor, the priority orders of factor were alkaline weight, temperature, and time. The opitinum conditions were alkaline weight 1.0%, temperrature 80℃, and hydrolysis time 2.4 h. The conditions resulted in the oil extraction yield up to 90. 65%, the processing was economic and effciency, and showed relative applied potential.
