摘要
在自制的光催化反应器中,采用UV/Fe/H2O2体系光解对硝基苯胺(PNA)模拟废水,考察了Fe粉和H2O2投加量、PNA浓度、废水溶液初始pH值等因素对光解过程的影响。实验结果表明,常温条件下,用32 W低压汞灯(λ=254 nm)照射,UV/Fe/H2O2体系降解PNA效果明显,当pH=3.0、Fe投加量为25 mg/L、H2O2投加量为3 mL/L时,100 mg/L模拟对硝基苯胺废水在12 min后PNA降解率达90%以上,溶液CODCr去除率超过50%。
Photocatalytic degradation of p -nitroaniline (PNA) was studied in an self-made photocatalytic reactor in the presence of UV/Fe/H202. Influences of initial concentration of PNA, Fe and H2O2, and initial pH were investiga- ted. The results indicated that the UV/Fe/H202 system could effectively degrade PNA under 32 W low mercury light ( h =254 nm) irradiation. Degradation of 90% and CODcr removal rate of 50% were attained for 100 mg/L PNA simulated wastewateratpH=3.0, T=12 min, [Fe0] =25 mg·L-1, and [H2O2] =3 ml·L-1.
