摘要
成品油顺序输送过程中,两种油品交替会产生混油。混油降低油品品质,流经泵站会使泵电机产生较大电流波动,还会增加油品处理成本。及时准确掌握混油界面情况,对安全经济生产具有重大意义。总结了浮子式和振动式密度型检测法、示踪检测法、放射型检测法、电容型检测法以及光学检测法的检测原理、检测方法、优点和缺点等。提出在分析不同油品特点基础上,有针对性的选择检测方法,从而最大程度的保证检测精度。
In batch transportation of products oil, transmiting two or more oils would produce contamination, which would degrade oil quality, make pump motor generating a large current fluctuations and increase the cost of oil processing. Timely and accurately master the position of contamination interface had great significance to the safe and economic pro- duction. The detection principle, detection method and the advantages and disadvantages of density detection method, tracer detection method, radiation detection method, capacitive detection method and optical detection method were intro- duced. Based on different oil characters, the detection method was selected aimly to make sure the detection accuracy.
