摘要
首先调研对固井材料性能的要求,指出理想固井材料应该是"高强度、低弹性",由于复合材料具有这方面的特性,调研了复合材料在井下的应用,指出"高温、高压、低弹性"是目前固井复合材料研究的前沿。为了指导研发具有"高温、高压、低弹性"特性的复合固井材料,调研了高温有机和无机的复合材料体系,提出了研究高温树脂复合固井材料、高温树脂改性、复合无机固井材料等研究方向。
Firstly,based on the survey of demand of well cementing materials property,this paper indicated that ideal well cementing materials should be high strength and low elasticity.Secondly,because composite materials have all these features mentioned above,the application of composite materials in downhole was researched and it was indicated that high temperature,high pressure and low elasticity were forefront of composite material research.Finally,in order to give directions to research and development of composite materials with high temperature,high pressure and low elasticity properties,an investigation of high temperature inorganic and organic composite material system was performed and the research directions of high pressure resin composite cementing materials,high temperature resin modification and composite inorganic cementing materials were proposed.
