摘要
研究了插穗类型、插穗长度以及生根剂种类和浓度对插穗生根率、生根质量的影响。结果表明,半木质化穗条的生根率、总根长均优于木质化和幼嫩插穗;具3个节的5 cm插穗生根率最高,为46.88%;与清水对照相比,各种生根剂处理均能显著提高插穗生根率和根系质量,其中以1 000 mg/L IBA和Hormodin#1处理效果最好,生根率均为68.75%,总根长分别为77.97、61.31cm;相同浓度的IBA处理比NAA具有更高的生根率和生根质量;同一生根剂,低浓度的促进效果比高浓度更好。因此,当年生具3个节的5 cm半木质化插穗经1 000 mg/L IBA处理,具有较好的生根效果。
Effects of stem type, stem length, type and concentration of rooting hormone on rooting of Ilexverticillata(winterberry) cuttingshad been investigated. The results indicated that semi-hardwood stem cuttings rooted significantly higher than that of softwood and hardwood cuttings. The rooting rate of semi-hardwood cuttings reached 53.12%, while hardwood and softwood ones were 15.63 and 3.13% respectively. The length of cuttings should be 5 cm with 3 nodes, which yielded 46.88% rooting percentages and better quality of roots. Hormones significantly improved rooting rate and root quality. Cuttings treated with both liquid (K-IBA) and powder (Hormondin") at 1 000 mg/L had 68.75% rooting rate and excellent root quality. IBA generally was much more effectiverooting hormone than NAA for winterberry. When regenerating Ilex verticillata, Propagators should take semi-hardwood cuttings, trim them back to 5 cm long and three nodes, then treat with 1 000 mg/L IBA rooting hormones.
