钻井液用成膜封堵剂HCM的性能评价及现场应用 被引量:9

摘要 针对渤海辽东湾某油田东营组地层硬脆性泥页岩裂缝和微裂缝发育的特点,研制了成膜封堵剂HCM以解决硬脆性泥页岩地层钻探过程中的坍塌掉块问题。室内研究表明,成膜封堵剂HCM对不同渗透率岩心具有很好的封堵能力,抗温能够达到180℃。渤海辽东湾生产井的现场应用表明,成膜封堵剂HCM与PEM钻井液具有良好的配伍性,能显著改善滤饼质量,从而明显降低钻井液的滤失量,大大减少钻井液滤液由于压差的作用浸入地层引起泥页岩水化膨胀而导致井壁不稳定和各种井下复杂情况的发生。 Aiming at the characteristics of the brittle shale developed cracks and micro-cracks in Dongying Base of Bohai Liaodong Bay Oilfield,a film blocking agent HCM which solved the problem of collapse off block during the drilling process of brittle shale was prepared. The results indoors showed that the film blocking agent HCM had a good sealing ability for different permeability core,and its resistance to temperature could be up to 180 ℃. The field application results showed that HCM had a good eompatability with drilling fluid PEM,could significantly improve the cake quality, thus remarkably reduced the fluid loss and greatly reduced the filtrate immersion due to the pressure difference,which caused the hydration and expansion of the shale,resulting in the instability of sidewall and a variety of complex downhole.
