摘要
紫外辐射对蓝细菌细胞的作用就是扰乱或禁止细胞分裂,抑制细胞生长和繁殖速度,降低光合作用效率和导致基因突变。本文综述了紫外辐射条件下蓝细菌细胞超微结构和应对紫外辐射相关代谢的变化,主要介绍了紫外辐射对光合体系的作用机制,紫外辐射后细胞内活性氧的产生以及色素、抗氧化酶的变化和DNA的损伤。
The effects of UV radiation on Cyanobacterias are disturbing or prohibit cell division, inhibition of cell growth and reproduction rate, reduce photosynthesis and cause mutations. This paper reviewed cyanobacteria cell ultrastructure and organelle changes under UV stress. And mainly introduce the ultraviolet stress mechanism of photosynthetic system, elaborated the generation of reactive oxygen species, change of pigments and antioxidant enzyme and the corresponding damage of DNA.
