摘要
本文在实地调研基础上，介绍三峡库区外迁移民安置方式的意义。现状和现有模式，分析影响移民外迁的主要因素，特别从库区可持续发展的角度，提出了值得研究的问题及其思路。
Based on the on-the-spot investigation, this paper first introduces the meaning, present situation and model of the civilian resettlement of the Three Gorges area, then analyzes the main factors that influence the resettlement, and finally puts forward questions and ideas that deserve research, especially from the perspective of sustainable development in the reservoir area.
