总结了辽宁省第一次全国水利普查中经济社会用水台账建设措施,并分析其存在的问题,提出对策,以期为水利普查提供参考。
The practices of ledger construction in the First National Water Census in Liaoning Province were summarized, existing problems were analyzed, and the solutions were proposed, so as to provide reference for water census in Liaoning Province.
