摘要 啮合式电动机的定转子是一对相啮合的行星齿轮,它把电机与行星减速器天然融为一体,是一种新兴的电动机。为了促进这类电机的商业化应用,论文以此种电机为控制对象,采用廉价的MCS-51单片机为主控单元,设计了一种成本低廉、性能可靠的控制系统。主要介绍了系统的结构和工作原理,包括单片机硬件资源的分配利用,外围电路及电机驱动电路的设计,各项控制功能和控制算法的实现等等。实验表明,该控制器实现了预期的各项功能,为啮合式电机的商业化应用打下了基础。 The stator and rotor of the geared motor is a pair of planetary gear. It combines the electrical machine and the planetary reducer in one, so it is a new kind of motor. To promote the commercial application of the motor, the article designed a lowcost and reliable performance control system for the motor, using MCS 51 microcomputer as the master control unit. The structur and principle of the control system is mainly expounded, including the distribution of the microcomputer hardware resources, the designment of the buffer circuit and the motor driver circuit, the realization of each control function and algorithm. The test show that this controller achieved each function in expect, which lay the fundation for the commertial application of the geared motor.
