摘要
分别用1、2、3、4、5g/L的壳聚糖溶液浸泡棉花种子并喷施正常生长的棉花幼苗,研究其对棉花幼苗生理生化特性的影响。结果表明,种子发芽率、幼苗生长量,叶绿素、可溶性糖和蛋白质含量均随处理质量浓度的增大先升高后降低。处理质量浓度为2g/L时,效果最佳。
The study was to reveal effects of exogenous chitosan on the physiological and biochemical characteristics of cotton seedlings. Cotton seeds were soaked in acidic chitosan solution with the concentration of 1,2,3,4,5 g/L, then cotton seedlings were sprayed with the same acidic chitosan solutions,in comparison with seeds in water. The results showed that, with the increase of chitosan concentration, the seed germination, content of growth, chlorophyll, protein and soluble sugar of cotton seedlings all increased firstly and then decrease. The best concentration of acetic chitosan solution was 2g/L.
