摘要
济南作为山东省的省会和济南都市圈的中心城市,具有城市集聚规模大、综合实力强、区位条件好、资源禀赋丰等优势。但由于历史积淀的体制性障碍、结构性矛盾等原因,济南发展面临着发展空间不足、城市与产业布局不尽合理、与周边地区分工不甚明确、城市辐射力不强以及县域经济发展相对滞后等问题。为了加快济南发展,本文提出了"外拓空间,内优布局,做强产业,提升功能"的发展思路与具体对策,最后对未来发展提出了相应的政策建议。
As the capital of Shandong province and the key city in Jinan metropolitan circle, Jinan has the ad- vantages of large city agglomeration, strong comprehensive strength, good location, abundant resource endowment, etc. However, because of the factors of system barrier, structural contradiction, and so on passed on in history, Ji- nan is faced with some difficulties such as limited space for development, unreasonable city and industrial layout, weak city radiant remittance, lag of development of county economy etc.. In order to accelerate development of Ji- nan, the paper suggests that Jinan should expand space, optimize layout, enhance industry, promote function, and proposes some corresponding policy suggestions for the development of Jinan city in the future.
