摘要
日本帝国主义为把中国东北变成它发动全面侵华战争和太平洋战争的军事基地，１９０５年日俄战争后，就开始对东北经济实行统制政策和殖民掠夺。 铁路运输业作为国民经济的大动脉，是进行现代化战争运输、 调动军队和日本掠夺中国物资补充国需的生命线。因此，日本帝国主义对中国东北铁路运输业的掠夺最早、 统制最严、受益也最大。
To turn northeast China into a military base of its invasion of whole China and its launching of Pacific War,Japanes e imperialism began to practise the policy of controlling economy in northea st China and its colonial plunder after Japan and Russia War in 1905.Railway tra nsportation sector,an artery of national economy,was the lifeline of transportat ion in modern war,transferring troops and Japan's plunder of China's resources.J apanese imperia lism had the earliest,the most strictly controlled and the most profitable plund er of railway transportation sector in northeast China.
