摘要
通过凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)、熔体质量流动速率(MFR)、差示扫描量热(DSC)、力学性能和流变仪等分析手段,研究了国产PE100树脂的结构和加工性能。研究结果表明,3种PE100树脂结构接近,JH-MGC100S具有良好的耐热老化性能和力学性能。在240℃时JHMGC100S的加工性能好于其它2种样品。
Structural characteristics and processibilities of domestic tubing speciality PE100 resins were studied by means of gel permeation chromatography(GPC),melt flow index,differential scanning calorimetry(DSC),mechanical and rheometer.The results showed that the three PE100 resins had the similar structure and JHMGC100S had good anti-aging abilities and mechanical properties.The processibilities of JHMGC100S were better than the other two samples at 240 ℃.
