摘要
目的探讨两个糖化血红蛋白测定系统(Bio Rad D-10,Roche Modular P800)糖化血红蛋白测定结果的可比性及偏倚程度。方法参照NCCLS EP9-A2文件,将标本分别在两种检测系统上进行测定,记录结果,计算线性方程和相关系数,并对其进行偏倚评估。结果两种方法测定糖化血红蛋白的结果说明方法内重复性好,符合相关性实验要求,线性回归方程:Y^=0.9918X+0.2382,r=0.9895,r2=0.9791,相对偏倚随着浓度的增加逐渐增大。结论这两个不同检测系统测定的糖化血红蛋白结果具有可比性和良好的相关性,两者均能满足临床的要求,实验室可根据自身条件选择合适的检测方法。
Objective To investigate the comparability and the deflective extent of the results with the two detecting systems by comparative study and bias estimation on the results of glycated hemoglobin with two detecting systems ( Bio Rad D-10 and Roche Modular I〉800 ). Methods According NCCLS EP9-A2, the clinical specimens were tested respectively with the two detecting systems, and the results were recorded and the linear equation and correlation coefficient were obtained. Then the system bias was evaluated by the ob- tained equation. Results The two methods of glycated hemoglobin resuhs showed good reproducibility within method, meeting the requirements of the relevant experiments. The linear equation : Y = 0. 9918X + 0. 2382, r = 0. 9895, r2 = 0. 9791, and the relative bias increased along with concentration increase. Conclusion The results of glycated hemoglobin with two different detecting systems are well correlated, meeting the clinical re- quirements, and laboratories can select appropriate detection methods according to their conditions.
