摘要
实践教学平台建设在高职保险专业教学过程中意义重大。以廊坊师范学院高职保险专业为例,总结十余年的教学经验以及实践教学过程中出现的不足,提出密切校企合作、提高"双师型"教师的实践水平、加强学生素质的培养和合理指导毕业生就业以及建立毕业生回访制度等措施,以完善保险专业实践教学。
In the teaching of Higher Vocational Insurance Professional, the Constructing Practical Teaching Plat- form has great significance. Taking the Higher Vocational Insurance Professional of Langfang Teachers College as an Example,summing up more than 10 years experience in teaching and practice teaching appeared in the process of shortage, put forward the proposal of Closing co-operation between colleges and enterprises ~ Improving the ＂double teachers＂ practice leveli^Strengthening the cultivation of the students＇ quality and reasonably guiding Graduate employment And establishing graduates callback system etc,in order to perfect insurance professional practice teaching.
