摘要
高职《销售管理》是一门应用性很强的课程,采用体验式教学有利于充分发挥学生学习的积极性和创造性。通过利用情境、协作、会话等学习环境要素设立各种全过程亲身实践、亲身体验、合作探究的学习程序,开展案例体验、项目体验、角色体验、公司体验等体验式教学,让学生参与到学习情境中,通过亲自操作和体验获得知识和掌握技能。
Because of its advantages of being interactive and experiential, experiencing teaching has been widely applied in the teaching of sales management course. This paper analyzes some significant experiencing teaching methods, such as case experiencing, project experiencing, role experiencing and corporation experiencing. In order to cultivate vocational skills and strengthen overall quality education, it is necessary to create learning situation.
