摘要
高校实施教师绩效考核不能简单地移植企业管理中关于绩效管理的理论和操作模式。高校的制度和文化背景要求其实施教师绩效考核时,要努力培育高校绩效文化环境、创新绩效管理体制和赋予高校办学自主权。高校要以提高教师队伍素质为核心,以促进教学和科研工作发展为导向,建立合理和相对完善的教师绩效考核制度,充分发挥其对高等教育活动的改进、提高功能,以进一步提升高校的办学质量和效益。
The implementation of college teachers' performance evaluation in cannot simply copy the evaluation theories and models suitable for enterprise management. The rules and cultural background in colleges entail that the implementation of performance evaluation should cultivate the cultural environment of performance evaluation in colleges, innovate performance management system and entitle the autonomy of the university management. Centering on the goal of improving the quality of faculties, guiding by the purpose of promoting teaching and researching, the university should establish reasonable and perfect performance evaluation system and make full use of it to improve and enhance the education activities in universities, thus to further improve the quality and the benefits of the university running.
