摘要
随着哈萨克斯坦外国直接投资的演化及产业发展的变革,其投资环境得到了较大改善,哈利用外资增速较快,但是波动较大且外资进入的行业集中。中国与哈萨克斯坦有较强的经济互补性,中国企业对哈萨克斯坦的投资机会很多。文章从哈萨克斯坦外国直接投资的水平、来源国家、行业分布、主要方式及投资政策环境等方面进行分析,为中国对哈萨克斯坦投资领域选择提出建议。
With the changes of the evolution of Kazakhstan direct foreign investment and the industrial development, its investment environment has been greatly improved. Although the foreign capital is growing rapidly, most of the foreign capitals enter few industries. China and Kazakhstan are very complementary in economy and Chinese enterprises have many investment opportunities in Kazakhstan. From the aspects of Kazakhstan direct foreign investment levels, the source country, industry distribution, the main ways and investment policy environment, this paper makes some analyses and puts forward some suggestions for Chinese investment choices.
