摘要
癫痫是一种短暂中枢神经系统功能失常为特征的慢性脑部疾病,由于脑内神经元群过度放电所致的阵发性脑功能障碍。癫痫发作后可造成神经元死亡,而细胞凋亡是癫痫发作后神经元死亡的主要方式。灵芝孢子粉除了能清除自由基,发挥免疫调节作用、对神经系统还具有镇静和保护的作用。本实验研究灵芝孢子粉对戊四氮活化大鼠海马神经细胞bcl-2表达变化的影响,进一步探讨灵芝孢子粉的作用机制和癫痫与海马神经细胞凋亡调控基因之间的关系。
Epilepsy is a chronic brain disease characterized hy short--term central nervous system disorders due to excessive discharge of brain neurons. Epileptic seizure can cause neuronal death, and cell apoptosis is the main way of neuron death after seizure. One BCL--2 gene families plays an important role in the regulation of cell apoptosis process. Ganoderma Iucidum spores can not only eliminate the free radicals and regulate immune system, but also calm and protect nervous system. The experiment studies the effect of ganoderma lucidum spores on the expression change of BCI.--2 in the hippocampus nerve cells of rats of epilepsy, so as to further explore the relationship between the mechanism of ganoderma lucidum spores (GLS) and controlling gene of apoptosis in the hippocampus nerve cells of Epilepsy.
