摘要
通过实验比较的方法,使用心境状态量表(POMS)和心理健康诊断(MHT)等研究工具,目的在于研究民间传统体育锻炼对心境状态的影响及其与心理健康之间的关系。实验结果表明:参与民间传统体育锻炼能够改善心境状态,有利于增进心理健康。
The Mental Health Test (MHT) and the Profile of Mood State (POMS) were used to research the effects of Chinese traditional folk exercise training on the state of mind and its relation with mental health by the method of experiment and comparison. The results indicated that the participation of Chinese traditional folk exercise training could improve the state of mind and was helpful to the development of mental health.
