极光激酶抑制剂MLN8237的合成方法改进

摘要 以2-氨基-5-氯苯甲酸为起始原料,用改进方法经十步反应合成了极光激酶抑制剂MLN8237,总产率12.3%,其结构经1H NMR和MS确证。 Aurora-A kinases inhibitor MLN8237 was synthesized via a ten-steps reaction from 2-amino-5-chlorobenzoic acid in an overall yield of 12.3%.The structures were confirmed by 1H NMR and MS.
