呼出气一氧化氮检测与哮喘控制测试的相关性研究 被引量:15

摘要 目的评价呼出气一氧化氮(FeNO)检测值和哮喘控制测试(ACT)评分与支气管哮喘控制程度的相关性。方法选择在我院门诊确诊的哮喘患者,按照哮喘防治指南正规治疗2月以上,行ACT评分后分为三组:完全控制组病人31例为Ⅰ组;部分控制组病人28例为Ⅱ组;未控制组25例为Ⅲ组;正常健康对照组29例。所有患者同时进行呼出气一氧化氮检测。结果Ⅰ组与Ⅱ组FeNO检测值未见明显差异;Ⅲ组FeNO检测值明显高于Ⅰ、Ⅱ组及对照组;Ⅰ组与Ⅱ组FeNO检测值明显高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 FeNO测定和ACT评分均可作为哮喘控制情况的评测标准。 Objective To evaluate the correlation among assessment of fractional exhaled nitric oxide (FeNO) , score of asthma control test (ACT) and control degree of the bronchus asthma. Methods Chose the outpatient diagnosed with asthma in our hospital, then gived them regularly treatment more than two months according to the asthma control guideline, and divided them into three groups af ter accomplishing the ACT assessment:31 cases were completely controlled for group I ;28 cases were partial controlled for group 11 ; 25 cases were uncontrolled for group III ; 29 cases were healthy control group. All of them simultaneously tested fractional exhaled nitric ox- ide. Results There was no significant difference between group I and Ⅱ in FeNO assessment; assessment of FeNO in group Ⅲ was higher than group I , group Ⅱand control group ; assessment of FeNO of group Ⅰ and Ⅱwas higher than the control group , There was a statistically significant difference among them (P 〈0. 05). Conclusions Fractional exhaled nitric oxide (FeNO) test and ACT score can be used as the standard of evaluation in control situation of asthma, and have a certain correlation.
