摘要
文中利用PSpice模拟行为建模功能和Boost主电路平均开关模型相结合,建立了基于MC33260的临界导电模式功率因数校正电路仿真模型。通过对开关器件的等效平均,简化了功率因数校正电路的分析与建模过程,大大缩短了仿真时间。利用该仿真模型可以分析电路的时域特性,仿真结果符合电路的设计要求。最后,利用MC33260芯片搭建了实验电路,实验结果证明了建模方法的正确性。
In this paper,the method based on PSpice ABM(analogy behavioral modeling)and averaged switch modeling was introduced to simulate the Boundary Conduction Mode(BCM) control single phase PFC.By using the averaged modeling,the time-domain simulation of the ACC PFC was simplified and with less time.The modeling method is verified by the simulation and experiment results based on MC33260.
